from hospice to clinic

I've had my LVN certification since 1983.  I worked in long term care for over ten years.  For the last 12 years I have worked in hospice, 9 years as a field nurse and the last 3 years as the QA nurse.  I am wanting to try to find a job in a clinic but I have no experience so I haven't had any luck finding anything.  Is there any continuing education or suggestions on making the change?
