Home health care vs LTC.

I am a new grad, I just passed my NCLEX-PN a couple of weeks ago. I am in first term of RN school as well. I contacted an agency to see if they hire new grad and for my surprise they do. I got hired and will start training soon. This will be my firt job and I prefer to work homehealth since it can be more flexible with my hours (I am a full time RN student and have 18 mos and 30 mos old toddlers) I was wondering if some of the nurses who do homehealth can tell me a little bit more about it. I understand very agency is different but the main things might be the same. I just would like to know what to expect from an agency vs long term care.Thanks.
