Hi I am a 3rd year nursing student

I received this assignment and am strugling here is what it is about any help would be great.

How to holistically and culturally nurse this paricular 4yo child that was admitted to you via the ED She has fractured her Humous and is awaiting surgery later today

At handover report I was advised that the girls parents were overprotective and their stories about how the accident happened differed significantly

When first meeting the parents they complain to you about the treatment in ED and how they were treated with suspicion and intend to lodge a formal complaint

I am to present a seminar PP in the areas of holistic and cultural issuses

Can anyone help with this as I am a little lost
