Hi! Has anyone applied to the 2021 PN program at chattahoochee tech? I was wondering if anyone has some advice or insight after being accepted into the program.

Hey! I applied to start the pre-reqs Spring 2022, I'm hoping to start the PN program shortly after. How has your process and experience been so far at Chatt. Tech?
Hi! I got accepted to the program. I just started this fall. It's been very intense because of everything we have to learn, but it's not impossible. The instructors are there to help you during every step of the way and are always encouraging you to do better and bring out the best of you!
That's very good to hear! I was worried if the instructors were going to be supportive or intimidating. Are you able to take any of the classes online?
Yes, you can all of the prerequisites online expect anatomy and physiology. You have to go on campus for those.

Hi Liz
I am planning to apply for the LPN program for fall of 2022, how was the process? Would you say you needed all A’s to get in the program ? And what about the TEAS test, did you have to score high? Am sorry for all the questions but I am interested to hear feedback from someone in the program at Chatt Tech.
ty in advance

Hey,
I was just accepted into the Spring 2022 cohort. I did not have all As, I had Bs in AP1 lecture and lab, and a B in Micro Lab. I made an 82 on the TEAS as well.
Thank you for your response . Congrats on getting into the program. On my end I took structure of the body, and got an “A” I would’ve preferred to take AP I & II for more points but I would’ve have had time to complete to meet deadline for fall 2022. I am needing to prepare for TEAS, any suggestions ? Did you purchase any online tool for study from the TEAS website? Also, are u able to say what was you total points you had that got you into the program.
thank you in advance!

You're welcome! Thank you ? feels good because I was denied 2x in the last 2 years from the ASN program, and this year I was literally next in line ?. I took AP because I want to bridge to the ASN program next year. I bought a book off of Amazon for the TEAS called Mometrix (https://www.amazon.com/ATI-TEAS-Secrets-Study-Guide/dp/1516703839) and completed all of the practice tests in it, as well as purchased the practice exams on the ATI website. My total points were 227. I did not take the optional course as I took the Medical Terminology course in the Summer semester and it is a prerequisite for ALHS 1550.
