HH RN in SW VA - average pay?

I will be relocating to Abingdon, VA/Bristol area and need to know what the average pay is for HH RNs. I have heard that the TN side is pay per visit and tends to pay a little better, but cannot get an idea on what the average pay is for the entire area. I have ADN, 5 years experience, and am currently a Care Mgr in the NC beach area.

I have had a hard time getting even "ballpark" payscales in this area, and just need some ideas on what the average salary is and pay per visits pay. If anyone knows of the base pay for Clinical Managers or Branch Managers as well, I would be very grateful. Also, are there any agencies I should avoid?
