Hesi and Teas nursing entrance exams, Please HELP!

Hi,

I have questions about the HESI and TEAS V exam, when registering for the Hesi, do we send one e-mail to Elsevier for registration/ examination eligibility or do we need to send an e-mail to them for each of the schools that I'm applying to...? I'm a little confused about that part, because it asks you to send the "prospective school name" along with your name, address, etc.

Also, when registering for TEAS V exam, do I make an account for each of school that I'm applying to? Because it does asks about the "Institution ID" on there. I just want to confirm my understanding about the process of the entrance exams.
