Help with this problem please. Older adult/ stroke. Weight is 245, total dose for rtPA is 90 mg. IVPB. of 250 mL NS containing 150 mg of rtPA. 150mg/250 mL will receive 150mL

To receive 10% of the dose bolus over 20mins what hourly rate will the pump be set? I’m lost
