Well, I just finished my "make or break" semester as our advisors call it, but we have the HESI exit exams included in our grades. For one class, it was considered a final. I did well considering I have never taken an exam like this (89 on Fundamentals, and 88 on Assessment). However, I am just wondering if anyone knows a good way to study for them. I have Med/Surg 1 and 2 up next, and I REALLY want to do well in that class.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Looks like you're off to a good start so far - it does take some getting used to. I like to use the Reviews & Rationales books to study for HESI (I actually use them for regular exams too). We also take HESIs at the end of most of our classes, and I usually score in the high 90s. As far as studying/test taking, I'd say understand why you're getting the questions right or wrong in the R&R books, don't read too much into the questions on HESI, and just make sure you have an overall understanding of the class material, and you should be well-prepared.
Thank you soooooo much!!! I've heard good things about the Reviews and Rationales books, and I was considering investing in one for Med/Surg. I definitely think I'm going to now. You're help is much appreciated!
