Help!!! Texas MSN/FNP student planning to move to North Carolina

I'm desperate for feedback. I'm a student in Texas in my first year. This August we start clinical. So my question is I'm trying to decide what's best since I'm going to move to North Carolina upon completion of my program. Do I do my clinical here in Texas where I'll finish my program??? Or is is best to do my clinical in North Carolina? Which way would be best for my career? Would it matter? Is it just as easy to get a job if I stay here or would it be harder when I graduate? My program is all online so that part wouldn't affect my decision.
