Help!!

I am a nursing student right now. I have always wanted to be a CRNA, even before I knew how much money they make. I have had many surgeries and what I remember from every surgery is the CRNA's always making me feel so much more comfortable before and after surgery. Everyone asks me why I don't just become an Anesthesiologist and make more money, but I like the whole nurse part of CRNA. Compassion and holistically caring for patients is something that is really important to me. I have 2 more semesters left before I get my BSN. My GPA is a 3.75. I am a supplemental instructor for pharmacology. I work in a pediatric OR as an anesthesia tech, so I work closely with CRNA's on a daily basis and I am 100% positive this is something I will love doing for the rest of my life. 1st question is... what can increase my chances of getting into CRNA school?

Additionally, I just had the most amazing clinical experience with the best instructor ever. It made me want to become a clinical instructor or a nurse educator. I would love to give students an amazing learning experience and make all the confusing hustle and bustle of nursing make more sense, and help students turn nursing into a passion rather than just a career. I have researched a lot about DNAP's and thought about continuing education after my masters to become a CRNA educator. I just don't know if it's too soon to know that I want to teach CRNA students? (Since I am nowhere near becoming a CRNA yet.) How do I decide what to do? I am so passionate about becoming a CRNA, yet I am so passionate about providing a good learning experience to students. If I decide I don't want to teach CRNA students, is it possible to be a CRNA and be an educator in a bachelors program for nursing?

Any thoughts or advice would be awesome!! Thanks!!
