Help with scheduling my time on care plan

I am in my second year of my ADN program and need help with scheduling my time on the Patient Care Worksheet. My instructor wants it broken down task by task and every 5 minutes if that's what it takes. I guess my problem is that I'm not sure which tasks I should be including. As I write I am thinking that the PCT's tasks are my tasks too at this point. Am I right? What is happening is that I'll get all of my meds collected and am ready for med recall and then my instructor is nowhere to be found. So I've lost an hour or so waiting on her and instead of filling in my time with another task, I get stuck. Any suggestions?
