Help with Postpartum family visit please!

Hi, I'm doing a home visit for a 1st time mom. This is her 4th day after delivery. I have to do some teaching. Does anyone have any good handouts I can give to her and her husband. They are both visual learners, so most likely they would also benefit from actual demonstrations. Also is does anyone have any tips for teaching all the info they need to know quickly. I'm know it's impossible to go over every detail, but any help will do. Thanks soo much!!!
