:specs:Hi everyone! I really need your help!my mom graduated as a nurse and passed the board exam in the philippines. She also volunteered in our town for a while until she got married. She stop from working and stayed at home. Now she wanted to go back to work but the problem is she don't know where to start.

The question is:

1. She is not renewing her license since she stop from working, how could she get or renew her license?

2. what are the things or steps she need to do in order to be active in work again.

Thank you so much!

Hi Marvicm. You could bring your mom to PRC to renew her license. PRC will give her a form to fill up and its requirement at the back of that form. Then, your mom can register for some important trainings like IVT (IV therapy) & Dialysis training (if she wants) so she could start on having specialization too and job is easier as it would be quite hard for momma to have much pressure on a very busy ward. Most of our trainings are not being accepted on other countries but it would be a good start for your mom, just to get her back on the right trail. ;) And then, momma can already apply for a job on a hospital with dialysis department. :w00t:Just an idea.:redpinkhe Don't forget to tell momma that she can do it and there are also other nurses whose been that way, she's not alone. Goodluck to your momma.
