HELP! NursingCAS prereq error

Hi guys- first time posting but I've lurked on here for quite a while! Really appreciate how much information there is around. I have a question on the matching prereq function on NursingCAS and I really REALLY hope that someone on here has had the same problem before.

Basically I just finished the last prereq (Microbiology) and the updated transcript from my school is not available yet. But I entered all the other courses. When I was going through Match Perquisite, I put "I am not matching anything for this course" for Microbiology because the transcript for that course is not available yet. I was thinking that I can just come back to it later. However then I realized that it wasn't a place holder.... it was treated as if I was done matching my prereqs and the whole area was greyed out. I called NursingCAS in a panic and was told that once it is greyed out I can no longer go back to edit any prereqs. Soooo currently the application shows that I am missing one course.... NursingCAS customer service said the process from here is to send the updated transcript to them, enter the course in nursingcas, and then call all the schools I am applying to to tell them that I have one more course to add...

Has anyone had this happen before??? I am worried that the my communication with school would get lost in the shuffle and no one would bother to check if I'm really missing one course or not before rejecting the whole application.
