Help with nursing diagnosis?

I recently did a simulation lab and was given a pediatric well child clinic scenario. Other than thrush and diaper rash I gave immunizations as well as answering questions of the parent. I am having a hard time coming up with a good diagnosis though. I was thinking along the lines of deficient knowledge (parents questions on thrush) or maybe even impaired skin integrity or risk for infection. Any suggestion guy?

This is probably too late but every time I had to do sim labs and do write ups on them my instructors always made me give at least three nursing diagnosis, which I think you hit it spot on.

1. Knowledge Deficit

2. Impaired Skin Integrity

3. Risk for infection
