HELP - NP with two jobs. Is there a conflict?

Help. I’m an NP at a big research institution where I am a cosmetic injector. I work a normal 8-5. I’m fielding offers from private practices for weekend injectable work. Can I do this? Does it conflict with my day job? Do I need to seek advice from an attorney? What about promoting my side hustle on my instagram?

if you think I should go for it - what sort of pay structure should I ask for? Base + commission? Commission only? Minimum plus commission?
