help on NCLEX Renewal of License in Saipan

I need help.. Im a RN from the Philippines and i badly need a way to contact the BON of Saipan about my renewal of license.. I already sent my renewal documents last March and the money order sent by my aunt in Virginia was sent last June 4 via USPS. Current status right now is it is at the Post Office and it needs to be picked up by one of the office personnel for signature.. if not picked up, it will be returned in 15 days. I have been trying to contact the BON but I always get the answering machine... Can anybody help me? I just really need to verify if they already picked up the money order at the post office... or else Ill be charged late fee..
