help! international new graduate nursing student

I am graduating this year from a BSN-RN nursing program. The problem is that I am an international student, and now few hospitals offer H-1B work visa. I heard that some states hire BSN-RN only, and that would be where I might be able to get my work visa. I wonder is this info accurate? I will be really grateful if someone can give me some information on that (or anything related)!
