Help I cant decide between Vanderbilt and UChealt

The UCHealth residency program pays more however both Nashville and Denver have inflated cost of living. I know Vandrebilt has had some issues with the nurse that administered the paralytic by overruling the system and killed the patient last year. However they are a world renouwned level one trauma center. UCHealth is the number one level one trauma center in Colorado and they offer excellent benefits. Both of the interviews I felt that I had a connection with the nurse managers that were interviewing me.

So i guess that I was wondering if anyone had gone through either program or if they had worked at either place and could give me advice. I have to let them know within the next 24 hours.
