I'm a senior in high school and scheduled to take the HESI A2 in February 2017, to be accepted into the nursing program for next fall. My school (community college) has less than a 25% acceptance rate, based on HESI score, so I need to score as high as possible.
I've been studying the Elsevior Evolve study guide on and off for the past 4 months, but I feel completely lost. I haven't taken Physics or Anatomy & Physiology, and I'm confused about what I need to know.
Do I have enough time left to actually prepare? How do I understand the sections I haven't studied in a class before?

I'm in college and I haven't taken Biology or A&P since high school (I'm almost 23 now). However, I took the exam last week and got 92%. I used the official Elsevior study guide, a McGraw Hill Practice Test booklet, and I googled quizzes for each section. I used online quizzes that weren't related to the Hesi at all and they actually helped. Try searching things like "basic physics quiz". You can also look into websites such as Khan Academy if you really don't understand a concept. Good luck!
Thank you, I will look into those resources. (and keep studying the Elsevior guide I already have!) Good to know it's possible to get a high score without taking all the classes.
Hey I just wanted to give you an update if you're interested-- I passed the HESI with an overall score of 88, and was accepted into my ADN program this month :) Now I just have to worry about how to pay for school.
