Help getting the labs done for LVN school

Did anyone else have problems getting their lab work done for school. The problem i'm coming against is they are saying i don't have an order for the labs...... Help please Anyone.. this is the last thing i gotta get done before i turn in all of my stuff for school.............

Go to your doctor and have them give you an order/referral. Then you go to the lab, hospital, etc and have your blood work done.

The school should give you the proper forms in order to take to the lab. Ask them 1st and find out also if they pay for the labs, I know some schools have done this. Good Luck
