help! band 6 pre-assessment interview

Please help as I have been shortlisted for interview as a clinical nurse practitioner for pre-assessment. I'm a theatre nurse with 2.5 years experience and the pre-assessment role is still working within my speciality so they know me but I'm going to have to fight for this role as it's a complete change from theatres. Any advice is truly welcome.
