Help!? ATT is about to expire and I need to reschedule!

I've taken the NCLEX once already and failed. I registered and paid both the BON licensing fee and Pearson Vue exam fee again. I kept rescheduling my exam date because life got in the way and I fell behind on studying. I'm still not ready but my second ATT is about to expire in June. Once it expires, do I have to repay just the BON licensing fee and then just reschedule my exam date with Person Vue or do I have to also repay for the $200 Pearson Vue exam fee too? I can't find any information on the TXBON website, the Pearson Vue website, or the NCSBN website! I don't want to have to just take it and just hope I pass only to have to retake it a THIRD time! :arghh:

BTW: I'm taking the NCLEX RN.
