Help A.S.A.P Please!! Need Interventions!

I have a concept care map due tomorrow morning and I had to change a goal at the last minute.

History: 4 yr old girl diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder, exposure to domestic violence (father hit mother), now living at YWCA, and has a 10 month old baby sister. She was brought in because she displayed regressive behavior such as acting like a baby, baby talks, won't walk because wants to be carried, sometimes crawls. She is withdrawn from peers and doesn't really interact with them becomes really shy around them. Sometimes becomes mute when approached to communicate.

So...

Goal: Within one week, client will initiate appropriate outreach in social and communication skills with peers.

I just need to find some interventions...please help thanks!
