I would like to transition from patient care into HEDIS or your nursing. The problem is, every job posting I see want's years of experience. 

Has anyone had luck getting a HEDIS or your job without experience? I'm not sure how to get the experience or training in these roles and it doesn't seem like anyone wants to train newbies.
