Hi there. I read your post reply to me and I have a question. First is did your DUia back in 1990 ever get in the way when applying for a job? and two whats is a BON? Is it board of nursing? Thank you Donna

I have never been denied employment or licensure because of the DWAI. In Ohio, I did need to provide some legal documents and a statement to the board. Then they had a review process and it went through AOK. They say this is their policy for ALL convictions.

Sorry, BON IS board of nursing, just assumed you could read my mind :chuckle

It'll probably seem more worrysome than there is reason, the BON is regulatory and there to protect the public... just be patient with them, it can take time.
