We just switched our home care documentation software to Healthcare First. Does anyone else use this? We are very frustrated and a lot of staff is very stressed with the learning of this. Anyone else?

We will be going live with Healthcare First in July. I thought it appeared user friendly but I guess we will see in a few weeks.

We are trying to use Healthcare First software and found it to be frustrating and slow.

Our agency has been using Healthcare First for a few years now. I can honestly say that Healthcare First has come a long way in the last few years and is it worth giving them a chance. They have a great support team that has been very eager to help us in the learning process of the software along with regulations. Currently our HHC agency meets via teleconference bi-weekly to discuss any issues or suggestions that we might have to better enhance the software. As we all know, no software is perfect, and with the every changing rules and regulations, its nice to know that we have someone that cares and is willing to help us become a better agency. I feel that we have received this through HC1st.
