Did you look in the inside cover of your textbook? Many of them come with an online companion site, complete with practice tests and study guides.

thats the thing i dont have a cd to do a practice exam.. anyone who has cd ??? please help.. and the question on book only has five question so hmm i need more question if anybody please help stat !!!!!

get a Saunders NCLEX review book. It comes with a CD and you will use it through out your education till you get your RN.
