HCC Coleman College/San Jacinto Pre-Reqs and Programs

Hello! I currently live in Oklahoma City but will be moving to Houston this summer. I just completed Human Anatomy 1214, which was considered a pre req for the RN program here, but I've been looking at the LVN program at both Coleman College and San Jacinto and found out that not only will the 1214 lecture/lab I took here not count but neither will my Nutrition class I completed my freshman year. Is there any way some type of credit for either one of the classes I've already taken be transfered? Or do I just have to take VSNG A&P and Nutrition through their school before even applying to their program? I was also wondering if anyone was or is currently in either program at Coleman or San Jacinto because I'm having a hard time deciding which one I should go to.
