Hawaii Hospitals and other Questions

HI! I currently live in Philadelphia but want to relocate to either Austin Tx, San Diego Ca, or Honolulu, HI after I graduate in June.

Does anyone know the best hospitals to work for in Hawaii (or any of those locations?) Is there another good city to live in besides Honoluli?

Also, what is the pay for nurses in Hawaii and is it good compared to cost of living??
