Harcum Day Program Sept. 2011 anyone?

Hello All, is there anyone else who applied to Harcum's Day Program for September? I am still waiting to hear back and nothing yet? Has anyone heard anything? I have a friend who was accepted to the evening program and received a phone call 2 weeks and the program starts in May. Is that their normal response time?

Hi....I just heard I am on a hold status until other students take their Teas exam at Harcum. Did you take your Teas exam and how did you do?

I applied to the day program as well and was wondering if I should have heard something by now. I was told that you should hear by may and it is now almost june.

I have a friend who was accepted for the evening program that began this month and they didn't call her until April. I hear that they are very disorganized. I would call I just emailed Beth. I have been accepted elsewhere but I would like to know if I made it in.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. It sucks that they would wait so late to let someone know if they are accepted or not. I did send Beth an email yesterday afternoon. In the beginning of my whole application process she was pretty quick with responding to me. I haven't heard anything since I took the TEAS test in April. Congrats on your acceptance into a nursing program! I know how excited you must be! I wish you the best of luck!

Well as soon as I got home from work today I got my letter from Harcum in the mail. I did get accepted into the day nursing program for the fall!!!! I am so excited! Did anyone else receive their letters yet?

I just applied to Harcum Day program for sept 2011, and I am waiting to hear back!!!! The last day for the TEAS test was june 22, so I hope to hear soon, anyone get a letter within a week or so? Thanks.

I just received info about the nursing program orientation that we are required to attend that is July 12th. So I would hope that they would be letting you know very soon if you got in. You can email Beth in admissions and ask her if you were accepted. I did that and she got back to me rather quickly and let me know that I was accepted. Hope that you got accepted! I am very excited to start the program!

hi, i am curently in harcum evening nursing program. it is very intense almost 75% of the class is failing and 50% of the class is not coming back next semester. harcum has the lowest passing rate for nclex in philadephila, so they have been placed on probation by the state board. they are only passed the people they know for sure will pass the nclex. save your money and your time and go to lasalle university.
