HACC students, What scrubs do you wear?

Is there a certain name brand scrub you have to buy, or do you HAVE to buy thru the school? I was just wondering. So I can get a head start on purchasing them.

Im applying to go to the HACC-York campus

:madface:Definitely not scrubs! They have a specific uniform you have to get through that company. Dove Uniform I think. I found them very uncomfortable. They are white with a burgundy stripe on the sleeve - yes, all white! The tops are poly/cotton and zip up the front. You iron on a HACC patch on the sleeve. Yes, I know they sound hideous.... and I did NOT like them... but just remember they are a means to the end. On the positive, patients always stated we looked nice and professional!

Hello, I am currently in the LPN program at Hacc- Lancaster campus. I started in January & graduate in December....woo hoo! They actually changed their uniform company it is now flagstaff uniforms if you look them up you can see a picture of our uniforms....they are hideous!!! All white with just the burgundy hacc nursing patch on the left arm, and burgundy stripes on the sleeves. I can't wait to burn my uniform when I graduate....good luck!:nurse:

Just as the others have said, they are quite hideous. Not looking forward to the clown gettup this fall, but it is the means to the end. BLECH:barf02:

I still haven't burned my lovely white & burgundy uniform -- shudder each time I see it in my closet. If anyone needs a spare (M), I'd be happy to give it away. I also have a lab coat.
