GVSU or Eastern Michigan ABSN - taking prereqs elsewhere

Has anyone gotten into either GVSU's or Eastern Michigan's accelerated BSN without taking any of the prereqs at the school? Both schools give preference to students who took prereqs at their school. My bachelor's is in biology with a chemistry minor so I have most of my prereqs done already. I don't live close enough to either school to take my remaining prereqs there and am currently taking them at a community college.

Is it worth it to even apply? I've contacted both schools and EMU essentially won't talk to me until I apply and I'm waiting to hear back from GVSU. I'll be applying to many programs but I'd like to stay in Michigan.
