Group interviews at mhcc

Hi everyone,

I just got my invite in the mail for a group interview at mhcc. I am curious if anyone has gone through the mhcc group interview process or heard anything that might be helpful? Most importantly, I want to know approximately how many people are interviewed at one time. I can be prone to a little stage fright and want to be as prepared as possible going into it. Any advice/insight would be much appreciated and good luck to all the other applicants!

Hi! I was told there are ten other students in the group interview. You get 5 questions and have about an hour to hand write your answers. Then they randomly pick numbers and you have to share your answer for the question they pick. I'm nervous about it too! My interview is next week!

Mine is on Saturday! Eek!!

So nervous! This is my first interview/application year so I don't really know what to expect.

I have *heard* that they use the same 5 questions each year at MHCC but I'm not sure if that is true. Of course, I don't know what the questions ARE lol but it would be kind of nice to know if that's true. haha

Good luck everyone!!

The head the nursing program at PCC said all the OCNE programs evaluate applicants on this list of 8 things... I can't remember them all, but they were things like motivational fitness, stress tolerance and diversity. I think I posted them in the big thread. I bet the questions would relate somehow to those topics.

Just did my interview this morning, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone was fairly pleasant :)

What kinda of questions and how did it turn out for you?
