Hi! For those of you who took GRE and got in a grad school, could you please tell me how high you need to score in order to make it safe and promising?I also like to ask about choosing grad schools. I know each school has different programs and focus. Despite that, how does it differ if you get in a Ivy league school or a school that's not that well known? And how good does one need to be in order to get in one of those well known schools?
Thank you!
Hello,
I think it truly depends on the school but, have read that 500 + 500 + 4.0 is a minimum for many.
Good luck!!

I think Gen's right about the min GRE scores. But if you are already an RN and have your ADN or BSN- I don't think you need anything near a 4.0. If you are changing careers to nursing, and applying to direct entry programs- you will have to take science pre reqs before applying and yes, you should have as close to a 4.0 in those sciences as possible.
