Invest in one or two NCLEX books, which usually come with CDs, and start reading them and doing the practice questions on the disc. I like Saunders and used that almost exclusively for my PN exam. Also, you might get a med-surg text book that is current and do back of chapter practice questions... how much time do you have? If you've got the time, it seems like there are unlimited resources with which to study from. Good luck!
I have the time, i am working full time as a receptionist, i might possibly get another part job but i have to make time, i was just wondering how i should go about it, i have saunders & another book but i will look into new Med Surg book... thank you for your advice much appreciated.
