Grad program for NICU RN from NJ interested in research?

Hi all,

Here I am again asking you guys to brainstorm regarding grad programs. I am a BSN working in NICU (neonatal), would like to eventually work in research (clinical rather than pharm) and just want to get my master's in SOMETHING. Right now I am taking some classes in masters in public administration. thoughts on what type of program i should look in? I live in NJ so any specific suggestions would help...

Also, what do you all think of just working and going to school fulltime, or just working partime or per diem? thanks, t.

Anyone know of places that hire RNS for research in NICU.
