I'm a current sophomore at Georgia Perimeter College. I'm nearly done with taking my general course requirements for the nursing program. This semester I was taking classes that weren't towards my degree due to the fact of late registration. I ended up withdrawing which resulted in a WF; exactly 3 WF's because i withdrew after the mid period. Now I'm really second guessing continuing the nursing career path at GPC, because I know the number of withdrawals are one of the things they look at before getting accepted. And I know the WF's are going to bring my gpa down a bit. I know I can redeem myself next semester by passing all of my core classes to bring my gpa up. But I know the WF's are going to still be on my record. My question is, is there any hope for me to continue pursuing the nursing program or should I just settle with the transfer program at GPC and after graduation continue pursuing a nursing degree at a four year college?
