Just wanted to make a thread for future ABSN or Entry-Level Masters in Nursing in order to get an idea for good GPA/stats and experience. A little about myself - I went to undergrad at a UC and my cumulative GPA was a 3.27. As for my prerequisites, I got mostly B's and then 2 C+'s.
The only direct experience I've had was working as an EMT for a fire department. Other than that, I worked many customer service jobs, a few research jobs (currently working as a clinical researcher), and led a club in college.
I plan to apply to Penn, Emory, UCLA, Stony Brook, Northeastern, UC Irvine, Loyola Chicago, SFSU, USF, UCSF, Simmons, and Queens University. I basically want feedback on my stats for the schools I'm applying to, see others' stats, learn about some potential back-up schools (although, there are probably not many for nursing), and see if anyone has gotten decisions back yet! So far, I've gotten waitlisted at Emory.
