Hi guys,
I have been upset and frustrated for a week already. Help needed here. The pain and anxiety are killing me slowly. Long story short, I got hired as a new RPN, hospital wasn’t happy about my performance because several mistakes made but no significant harm caused and “not able to perform full load of assignment independently without support” according to my supervisor said. Basically they think acute hospital is not a good fit for me. I understand and accept the fact I lost my job. However, every termination needs to go to CNO. Anyone has idea what CNO is going to do? Will this impact my job hunting and have a really bad record on my license? Will they take away my license? My supervisor even though reported my mistakes and thinks hospitals are not good fit for me but she is willing to be my reference for LTC positions.
