Got my CPR from NMI BON thru their Portal BUT unofficial results still NOT AVAILABLE

Hello! Im an NCLEX taker from the Philippines and today, I received my candidate report from BON NMI and it says that I failed (for the 4th time). I'm confused since in the official website of NCSBN, the results are STILL NOT AVAILABLE up to this date. Can you enlighten me on this matter? Thanks!
