Good Timing???

So...I'm finally entering my last semester of school, and I'm just now becoming excited about being a REAL nurse. Now the question is, what steps do I need to take to obtain my liscense (pass the dag on NCLEX) and get a job. I'm going to graduate in May, and I've decided that I am going to do the Kaplan Review (aka sign away $500), but when should I do it, and should I buy the "complete" or the "review?" Another question...When should I start applying for jobs? I've sent in one online application, and I plan on applying to three other hospitals, but am I doing things too early? I'm just so confused as to what steps I should take and when to take them. Any advice would be lovely.
