As an infection control nurse I've only needed to know the basics, but my husband is graduating med school in a couple weeks and had to be well versed in this. I know before medical school he had used Immunology Made Ridiculously Simple. While in school he just used the SOM Scribes that the previous year's med students published (basically class notes). He also has this website book marked that was widely shared amongst his colleagues
Learn Immunology Easily for the USMLE Step 1 - Medical School Memoirs
Hope that helps! Good luck to you!

Hi, I need some suggestions. Immunology is my bane (though Neurology runs a close second)...is there a particular text that stands out above the rest (concise graphics/tricks-tips-hints/etc.), for keeping track of all the physiological minutia? I've taken several semesters of A&P and Chem, but I'm still not comfortable. If it goes deeper than the basics, all the better, since I'll need a really strong grounding to avoid getting lost in the pathology down the road, when I hopefully go to PA school. [crosses fingers and toes]
Thanks
