I am transferring to Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science and I was wondering if anyone knew how good the college was. I also applied to Christ, but unfortunately I was placed on a waiting list. So if anyone could give me information on Good Sam, that would be great..
Thanks!!

Well I think that they are great. I have been accepted to Good Sam and Christ for the fall and haven't made a committment to one or the other as of yet. My first choice was Good Sam, however they are much more expensive and I know that it will take me a semester longer because they have a back waiting list to get into clinicals. Other than that I feel they are a great choice. Even the dean at Christ told me that Good Sam had a stellar program. Good Sam has been a college since 2004. This is the first graduating class for Christ as a college. There are pros and cons to each in my opinion. Beleive me I'm still torn, however it all depends who offers me the best package as far as financial aid is concerned.
Healthlink,
Do you know if Good Sam does the tuition reimbursment like Christ does?
No, they do not at this time. However they do accept financial aid where as Christ is unable to accept this year. Maybe in 2009. However I do not qualify for financial aid as I already have a previous bachelor degree. Which stinks in one aspect. I graduated from UC in 1991. However none of my credits transferred because they were too old. But I cannot get $$$$ for school because of my previous degree which in Christ's eyes doesn't exist.
