Does anyone know if you have to "submit" the application after uploading all the additional documents?

No you don't have to do anything once everything is green to submit it. Last year first invites went out I think on the 4th.

Hi guys! needing help!! Was there a section on the Gonzaga portal for you to upload the written essay? I don't see it anywhere and don't want to hit submit yet!

Yes! From what I can remember, I clicked submit and then afterwards was directed to a new place where you can scroll down and the choose to put your letter writer emails, resume, certifications, and essay.
