GN-Friendly Hospitals Hiring in Texas

Hello!

I am graduating in Mary 2014 with an RN diploma. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and have worked full time as a nurse tech for almost two years.

I am looking for advice on any hospitals that are GN friendly in Texas. I have full intention of obtaining my BSN online within a year to a year and a half after graduating this May. Does anyone know of any hospitals that take on GNs? I am open to any city and have no preference on the floor- just want to work in a great environment.

The employer your at right now wont hire you as a RN when you graduate?

Texas Health Resources has been a great employer, from my experience. I would look on top 100 lists and best places to work type listings, they usually offer a lot of information on good employers to work for. Good luck!!!

Thank you for your advice! I will be checking into that. And my current employer will hire GNs, however I am looking to move.
