Getting a job with a ADN

How difficult is it to get a job right out of nursing school with an ADN and no experience. I live in the North Bay Area of California.

In California, which is currently saturated with registered nurses it may prove difficult to obtain a position with an ADN/ASN degree without having a foot in the door.

If you are willing to relocate to another state or area with a need for nurses you may have better luck obtaining a position.
