Teaching anything helps, but there are standards regarding teaching and learning that are only taught in the Education dept of college/university. This is where MSN comes in. You will probably take some classes from that department (vs. nursing school). I did. If you join NNSDO you will learn a lot by being on their email newsletter and by surfing their site. Go online to learn more about teaching adults. Good luck!
