how to get fingerprint card from texas

hi guys! i need your help. i'm a filipino nurse; passed the nclex rn exam for california last jan 2011. im planning to apply for endorsement to texas. one of the requirements is to submit a fingerprint card from FBI for background check. i checked their website on how i can request for said card. i'm residing in the philippines, how can i get one? thank you very much.

Go onto this page: http://www.bon.state.tx.us/olv/endorsement.html

And under number 4, click on the link under the part where it says "for applicants residing outside of Texas" and itll bring you through the process to have a packet sent to your house. You should get it in about 2 weeks after you apply for it. Hope this helps!

I'm also having the same dilemma.. how can i obtain a fingerprint card? i'm also residing in the Philippines. Please help! I already tried the Bon texas website but when I tried registering for a request on fingerprint card, its always an error.

Hi! I hope this helps, i tried also all the options fr nurses outside texas and without ssn but nothing helps.i even emailed texas bon to request for a cars but no reply yet? I used the online request for fingerprint card where in ul fill in ur address just leave the state blank. I used our new adress and it came in error so i was so frustrated i asked my friend but it went through with her address so i tried our old address (old house where i live in) it worked! Sometimes it is sending error but just try again. Im still waiting for the card though. Goodluck to all of us!
