Hello!

Here's the story:

I work in Texas, I am an RN, I went to work in a MED-SURG unit, NOT clocked-in yet, I saw that they had assigned me to another floor(which they had done to me before)(which I was not acustomed to, got pissed-off, and left(which I commute about an hour to work). I never took an assignment, never clocked-in.

Then, when I got home, I phoned in that I quit.

Now, a month later, I get a notice in the mail that the hospital is putting me in peer review.

Is this going to result in suspension of my license? What are they going to do to me?
